Cancellations are sometime unavoidable, but as a small business, cancellations affect us significantly, so if you have to cancel your booking for any reason, please contact us to let us know at soon as possible prior to your booked session.
If you cancel a scheduled session less than three working days before your appointment you will be subject to any costs incurred such as rail fares and a cancellation charge at the discretion of Cluttergone
The cancellation charge may be up to 50% of the agreed session value, payable in full within 14 days of the original scheduled appointment.
At our discretion, we may agree to credit this payment against your account if the work is re-scheduled to start within three months of such cancellation.
