Nichola Hayler lives in Arundel and covers the West Sussex area.
She is a supporter by nature, and from a young age, has been very sensitive to the needs of others. The main driving force in Nichola's life is to help people make sense of their world and find ways to make life feel more manageable.
Nichola's experience is grounded in interior design, having spent 12 years helping clients create a space that feels like home. In addition, she is a qualified mental health counsellor and has found the two modes of training to be mutually beneficial, giving her a greater focus on how our environment influences our mental health.
Alongside her formal training, she has lived experience of ADHD, anxiety and depression, with full understanding of how these conditions can impact our ability to make change.
Nichola says "I understand that it can be difficult to know where to start, and frankly, to find the energy to get going. But I am here to listen, understand, and support you through the process, at a pace that works for you. Think of me like a helping hand, a listening ear, and a steady motivator sitting alongside you".
Nichola holds:
Enhanced DBS Certificate
BA (Hons) Degree in Interior Design
CPCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
City and Guilds Certificate in Interior Design
A Levels in Fine Art, Textiles and Photography
