Eunice has always had a passion to help people and this lead her to pursue a career in the NHS over the last 7 years as a Dietitian. In addition to this Eunice has held a number of positions including House Keeping. Kitchen Assistant. Befriending/food shopping/light house work/picking up prescriptions for vulnerable older adults/those discharged from hospital. Healthcare Assistant. Retail Assistant (including tidying up and replenishing stock). Cleaning up of a refugee camp in Calais. Rehabilitation of inmates through a letter writing scheme. Inspiring young people to consider higher education. Nutrition education for families with young children and people with compromised immune systems. Supporting young adults with kidney disease on holiday. Supporting roadshows to increase awareness/encouraging people to get checked for diabetes. Providing support for homeless individuals over the Christmas period.
Eunice's passion to help people coupled with an interest in minimalism lead to exploring a role in decluttering.
Eunice holds a level 2 award in food safety in catering and a certificate in counselling skills.
