Kathryn Minchew covers Gloucestershire, Bristol, Cardiff, South Wales, some parts of the Midlands

Kathryn has a background in academia and in her twenties moved to Kuala Lumpur with just a suitcase. While furnished, her apartment didn't have so much as a single teacup so she set about creating a home. A year later she felt it was unnecessary to pay to bring stuff back with her so gave away most of her possessions and returned to the UK with the same suitcase.

In 2022 Kathryn downsized from a large five-bedroomed house to a small two-bedroomed cottage. While far from a minimalist (she has over fifty houseplants), she demands that everything in her home enhances her life.

Her approach to keeping her small home tidy is storing by category and Kathryn loves helping her Cluttergone clients create their own categories. She loves meeting and learning about new people and while helping clients create more order, is keen to showcase the possessions that celebrate who they are.

Kathryn is a big animal lover and in addition to the cat, dog, guinea pigs and tropical fish she and her son share their home with, they keep chickens and have two very sweet but rather cheeky Pygmy goats. Perhaps because she has five (meticulously organised) sheds, she really enjoys tackling garages.
