Jane Caulton-Winter covers within 1 hour of Nottingham. Birmingham and some parts of the Midlands.

Jane's career to date has predominantly been focused within Human Resources, however in the last few years she has moved into the fields of coaching (professional and life) and sustainability in business.

She is however, a very practical person, very community focused and has a long history of volunteering and helping others, whether through raising money for many different charities and good causes, in ways such as running and walking half or full marathons, organising clothing swap events and being the chair of the PTA for many years.

She has also helped friends and family with house moves and helped them to clear and tidy their homes and gardens. She has personal experience of being overwhelmed with having "too much stuff" and due to a change in her personal circumstances over recent years, now wants to help others lighten the burden that clutter can cause.

She has experience of neurodiverse conditions (autism/ADHD) and is continuing to broaden her understanding of these through both practical and theoretical learning experiences.

She believes her coaching skills and experience will be invaluable when working with clients to help them set and achieve their own goals.
